BaseState also operates as a facilitator matching and coordination service, connecting clients with a vetted network of independent facilitators and practitioners.
Facilitators engaged through BaseState are independent contractors and are not employees of BaseState.

4. Health & Medical Disclaimer
BaseState services are educational and wellbeing-focused in nature.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
Nothing provided through BaseState should be considered medical advice.
Clients and participants should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating in breathwork, cold exposure, movement, or related wellness activities.
Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, medications, pregnancy, mental health conditions, cardiovascular conditions, respiratory conditions, or any other relevant health concerns before participating.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
5. Participation & Risk Acknowledgement
Certain BaseState services may involve physical movement, breathing exercises, breath holds, mobility practices, cold exposure, fitness activities, or other activities that carry inherent risks.
By participating in any BaseState service, participants acknowledge and accept that:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BaseState is not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damages arising from participation in services.
6. Bookings & Payments
All bookings must be paid in full unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Quoted pricing may vary depending on:

Facilitator experience

Location and travel requirements

Level of customisation

Delivery format (online or in-person)
BaseState reserves the right to refuse bookings at its discretion.
7. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Where possible, BaseState will work collaboratively with clients to reschedule bookings.
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to a scheduled booking may be eligible for a credit or reschedule at BaseState’s discretion.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled booking may be non-refundable.
In certain circumstances, BaseState may provide partial credits, rescheduling options, or refunds at its discretion.
If a facilitator becomes unavailable due to illness, travel disruption, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances, BaseState reserves the right to substitute a facilitator or reschedule the booking.
8. Independent Facilitators
BaseState works with a network of independent facilitators and contractors.
While BaseState takes reasonable care in vetting facilitators, facilitators remain independent service providers responsible for the delivery of their own services.
BaseState does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from any facilitator engagement.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, graphics, text, videos, downloads, digital products, workshop materials, and educational resources remain the intellectual property of BaseState unless otherwise stated.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without prior written permission.
